Personal Training - $65/one hour session*
     Package deal - $55/session if purchasing five in advance*

Nutrition and Wellness Counseling - $75/one hour session*

     Package deal - $60/session if purchasing three or more*
    •    These are hourly coaching and counseling sessions usually (but not always) done in conjunction with personal training. The purpose is to uncover and address damaging behaviors and thought patterns that are keeping you from living your healthiest life. Everyone faces different challenges and needs different behavior alterations to break out of bad habits, replacing them with concrete, effective, positive changes. Please note that this is not therapy.  It is a chance to step outside of your usual knee jerk reactions and take a look at your options.

Nutrition is a crucial element if you are looking to lose any significant amount of weight.  Exercise can make you strong, boost your mood, improve your sleep, and help prevent  chronic disease, but in order to transform your body and lose more than a few pounds, dietary habits have to be addressed proactively.  Some people prefer to do this after healthy exercise habits are in place and they've been training for a while.  Others prefer to get a jump start on both at the same time.  It's up to you.  The process not as difficult as you might think!
 
Full Nutritional Analysis - $200
    •    Goal setting over the course of two one hour sessions
    •    Five day food diary
    •    Current average daily intake of carbohydrates, protein, and fat
    •    Current dietary distribution of carbohydrates, protein, and fat
    •    Current caloric intake vs. recommended caloric intake based on body weight, activity level, and age
    •    General information on how foods are processed by the body and how to get the best results from your diet and supplements
    •    Specific guidelines to improve your individual eating habits and recommendations to help you reach your goals
                  
 
* Note:  The above rates are based on travel time of 20 minutes or less.  If you live more than 20 minutes from the 37206 zip code and want me to come to you, there will be an extra charge for travel time and fuel.  Additional fees are five dollars for travel time up to 30 minutes and ten dollars for travel time up to 45 minutes.
