Hiring Sarah is
the best decision I ever made in my life. I am a 56 year old man who, three

When I met Sarah, I had never
worked out a day in my life. I had just given birth to my first baby
and gained 50 lbs in my pregnancy. I was breastfeeding but still found
it very hard to shed the pounds. One of my friends recommended Sarah,
and, after procrastinating for a while, I contacted her. We started
working out three times a week, and I was so impressed with the
results! She got me back to my pre-pregnancy weight in only 4 months.

When I started working out

I'm the kind of woman who gains
60 pounds per pregnancy. I didn't care so much the first time, but by
the second pregnancy I tried to keep the pounds down, to no avail. It
took me a year to get my body back after my first child, and this time
around, I went straight to Sarah. She was totally responsive and
respectful of my after-baby body. Not to mention she was able to push
me through no matter how tired I was, and two kids can get you tired!
With great enthusiasm she helped me get my core strength back (boy, did
I loose those abs while pregnant). She even had me do certain exercises
